You understand that GoHealth Urgent Care cannot and does not guarantee the privacy, security, or confidentiality of an e-mail message or text message sent or received.
Phone Calls, Voicemails, & Text Messages
By providing your mobile phone number to us through the Services, you consent to receive calls or text messages at any such phone number sent by or on behalf of GoHealth Urgent Care.
You may opt-out of calls or text messages by following the applicable unsubscribe or other opt-out instructions provided to you. In addition, you can opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by texting "STOP" to the number from which you received the text message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You may continue to receive calls or messages for a short period of time while GoHealth Urgent Care processes your request, after which, you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending text messages to you again.
If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text "HELP" to the short code. After you send the message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our Services as well as how to unsubscribe.
